It’s suitable for healthy expectant mothers with an uncomplicated pregnancy who would like to relax or are experiencing everyday tension. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or health concerns, please get advice from your doctor or midwife first.
You can choose between two lengths: 60 minutes for €85 or 90 minutes for €120. That way, you decide how much time you’d like to take for yourself.
No, the treatment focuses on relaxation and wellbeing. Gentle, individually adapted techniques are used, and the massage should feel pleasant. Just let me know at any time if a technique feels too intense or you’d prefer a different position.
Depending on your needs, the treatment can focus on your back, shoulders and neck, as well as other suitable areas. It’s tailored to you and takes the specific needs of pregnancy into account.
Gentle massage techniques can help release muscular tension and improve your wellbeing. If you have severe, persistent or sudden pain, please seek medical advice first.
Many women find a gentle treatment pleasant, and it can support relaxation. However, swelling during pregnancy can also have medical causes. If you notice sudden, severe or one-sided swelling, pain or other unusual symptoms, it’s important to see a doctor promptly.
If your pregnancy is uncomplicated, the treatment is generally possible until the end of your pregnancy. Whether it’s suitable in your case depends on your health and how your pregnancy is progressing.
